Meeting virtually on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 8:30 AM, this group offers a supportive environment for collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the business community. With one member per category seat, participants benefit from focused networking and the chance to deeply understand each other’s businesses. While leads and referrals are not the primary focus, members often find value in the connections and partnerships developed through the group. Each meeting includes a pre-scheduled 10-minute presentation, giving members the opportunity to showcase who they are and what they do. B2B is all about building trust and thriving together in the business world.

Membership is required to join, but you’re welcome to visit up to two times before committing. Leads R Us

Leads R Us meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday each month. The Chamber St. Matthews Leads Groups are designed to help members grow and succeed by exchanging referrals and promoting each other’s businesses. These exclusive networking groups meet twice a month to build strong business relationships and generate qualified leads. How to Join ? Be a Chamber Member – You must be a member in good standing. If not, your company must join before applying. ? Apply for a Seat – Each group allows one representative per business category to ensure exclusivity. ? Commit to Participation – Members are expected to attend regularly, with a maximum of two absences per quarter. If you can’t attend, a substitute may attend on your behalf.

Senior Services Synergy Group

Dedicated to professionals who serve older adults and their families, this group includes real estate agents, senior living communities, in-home care providers, and other key services focused on enhancing seniors’ lives. Unlike other Synergy groups, the Senior Services group is open to anyone working in the field, with no industry seat restrictions.

Small Business Round Table

Our Small Business Roundtable is a collaborative forum hosted by the Chamber to bring local business owners and entrepreneurs together for meaningful conversation, shared learning, and mutual support. The goal is to create a space where participants can openly discuss challenges, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for growth within our community. Each session is designed to be interactive and participant-driven, allowing attendees to share real-world experiences, ask questions, and gain practical insights from peers facing similar situations. Topics may include marketing strategies, workforce challenges, financial planning, customer engagement, and navigating local business resources. More than just a discussion, the Roundtable fosters connections and strengthens relationships among local businesses. By encouraging open dialogue and collaboration, it helps build a stronger, more resilient business community where members can learn from one another and grow together.
