Nicole Hruska, CDP is a dedicated and compassionate member of the Oasis Senior Advisors team, where she has made a meaningful impact for the past two years. Her passion for senior care began while visiting her grandfather in a nursing facility and sparked her commitment to advocating for seniors.
Nicole brings a background in surgical sales and the mortgage industry, providing a strong foundation in healthcare and financial guidance. With clarity and compassion, she helps families navigate complex senior living decisions with confidence.
Deeply involved in the community, Nicole serves as an Ambassador for the St. Matthews Chamber and Home of the Innocents, is a board member of Women in Networking II, and recently became a board member for the St. Matthews Chamber. Her mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families—one decision at a time.
 

With more than 20 years of experience building relationships, I take pride in the expansive network that I've built over the years and the awesome people I've come to know. I work to provide a safe space for all persons, and work hard to help them navigate their IT landscape with proactive, efficient strategic planning. 

When I'm not designing and improving IT environments, I'm spending time with my husband Brad, our kids, and our two pups! I also serve as worship staff at River City United Methodist Church.

I work full-time as an Event Coordinator with Johnson Hospitality Company, where I help bring memorable experiences to life through thoughtful planning and attention to detail. I am also the owner of Pixie Dust Playdates, a children’s character entertainment company that brings magic and imagination to local events and celebrations.

When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring new foods and experiences with my boyfriend and our dog, Lydia. I am passionate about creating connections, supporting my community, and bringing joy to those around me.
