I am a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to helping small businesses thrive by providing clear, actionable financial value. My background is rooted in technical precision; after two years in investment management—during which I earned my Series 65 certification and passed the CFA Level I exam—I transitioned into the world of business ownership.

That journey wasn't without its hurdles, but those early challenges provided the invaluable lessons that led to the founding and success of Mattingly & Ott Financial Accounting. Today, I find a great deal of fulfillment in sharing my expertise in numbers to help other local owners navigate their own paths to growth.

Hello!  I am Jodi Bessinger; mom, wife and business woman.  I  have been a practicing therapist for over 30 years.  I am a Licensed Professional Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.  I am the proud practice owner of Renew Counseling, LLC. I started this group practice to offer a place for therapists to feel supported and safe in the work of helping others.  I truly believe that this is how we grow as individuals but also as professionals.  I am very proud of the work we are doing and how the practice has grown.
