The Workforce Development Series is open to all members and their employees.

Networking Skills for the Sales Professional is a one day workshop that is designed to help small business owners and their staff understand some of the complexities involved with networking and reading verbal and non-verbal cues. 

This session is an interactive three hour session covering the ins and outs of networking.

Here is what you'll get in your session:


Understanding Verbal and Non-Verbal Techniques  
March 30th
  • Visual cues for entering into and exiting conversation.
  • Understanding less is more in networking. ​
  • What, why, and How elevator speeches are crucial to networking events.
  • Building "layered relationships" in networking.
  • Owning and using your personal space in events.
  • Recognizing and understanding personality types for relationship building.
