Neighborhood Meeting Notification

Cityscape Residential is planning to file an application to rezone the property located at 1373 Lexington Road from M-3 Industrial to R-8A Multi-Family Residential to construct an apartment community on the property.

Adjoining property owners are invited to discuss this proposal before filing for the rezone application. The proposal will be explained and questions will be addressed.
