Essential Oils have many health benefits for the mind & body and have been used throughout history in many cultures for their medicinal & therapeutic benefits. Modern trends toward more holistic approaches to self care & growing scientific validation of alternative health practices are driving a rediscovery of the profound health benefits of essential oils.
Many have powerful cleansing properties & are naturally antimicrobial. Their unique chemical structure allows them to pass directly through the skin for immediate systemic response to topical application. Certain oils may be used as dietary aids to promote vitality & well-being.Each participant will take home an introductory oil kit with lemon, lavender, & peppermint along with the basic knowledge of how to effectively use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils & how they can assist in the path of wellness. Intro kit included in the workshop fee.

Instructor Info: Brooke Tazbaz, RN has been a nurse for 14 years with a specialty in Emergency Nursing. Two and a half years ago she chose to use her education & nursing experience & began assisting friends, family, & eventually a client base to increase their health & wellness, naturally, through the use of essential oils, this is now her full time passion. She has had great success empowering others to increase their health & wellness with CPTG essential oils, even when modern medicine has come up short.
