Since age 13, I've traveled globally. After high school, I spent a year in Hong Kong. In college, I worked for the Disney Company, where I received the foundation of my customer service experience. While studying Neurocognitive Psychology, I volunteered at the home founded by my father for street kids in Brazil, staying for ten years instead of the originally planned one. At New Horizons Youth Ranch, I taught students from pre-school to high school, developed curricula, served as a translator, and managed staff, finances, travel, and food. I helped purchase and develop the ranch’s 88 acres in 1999, transforming children's lives. I taught for over 23 years, owned The Flowering Arbor catering for 12 years, and worked for 5 years at Universal Orlando as a VIP Tour Guide, sharpening customer service skills. My husband and I own Krebs Kontracting, leading a family-oriented company focused on excellent customer relations.
