Account Manager - MSP/Technology Services

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the relationship for your assigned clients. Your job is to understand their business, stay connected, and spot opportunities where we can help — whether that’s supporting growth, reducing risk, or solving pain points.

You don’t need to know how to design a network or migrate a server — you’ll be paired with smart technical teammates who can help with that. You just need to be curious, proactive, organized, and great with people.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Learn about their goals, industry, and operations
Spot opportunities for additional support or services, and bring in technical experts as needed
Lead regular check-ins and schedule QBRs
Keep client info up to date in our CRM (notes, contacts, opportunities)
Collaborate with our technical team to ensure smooth service and happy clients

What You Bring

3+ years in account management, client success, or B2B relationship roles
Experience working with SMBs (any industry — IT, marketing, consulting, etc.)
Strong communication and listening skills
Business acumen — able to connect client goals and challenges with relevant service opportunities
Organized, dependable, and proactive with follow-up
Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc.)
Bonus: familiarity with IT, MSPs, or professional services
