Jane Schmidt is an Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney.  She can provide you with a Will or a Trust, help with Probate for a loved one, draft a Special Needs Trust, obtain guardianship for someone who needs it, obtain Medicaid benefits to pay for nursing home care, and help Veterans obtain the VA Pension.

Jane graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the College of William & Mary, an M.B.A. from Georgia State University, and a law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1990.  She is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.

 

Nicole Hruska, CDP is a dedicated and compassionate member of the Oasis Senior Advisors team, where she has made a meaningful impact for the past two years. Her passion for senior care began while visiting her grandfather in a nursing facility and sparked her commitment to advocating for seniors.
Nicole brings a background in surgical sales and the mortgage industry, providing a strong foundation in healthcare and financial guidance. With clarity and compassion, she helps families navigate complex senior living decisions with confidence.
Deeply involved in the community, Nicole serves as an Ambassador for the St. Matthews Chamber and Home of the Innocents, is a board member of Women in Networking II, and recently became a board member for the St. Matthews Chamber. Her mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families—one decision at a time.
 

I work with individual turning 65 helping them decide on a Medicare plan at retirement. I also help those continuing to work determine weather a their company’s group plan or a Medicare plan is the best option for them. I am licensed and help Medicare beneficiaries in Metro Louisville area and surrounding areas in Kentucky and Indiana.

I’m Annie, a Louisville native, proud mom, and the heart behind Brundage Signature Homes Group powered by Segrest Flaherty Realtors LLC. I believe buying a home should feel exciting, empowering, and maybe even a little fun (yes, really).

This business is in my blood, I am a 4th generation realtor and fun fact, my dad hand-engraved the Kentucky Derby Trophy for over 30 years, and I carry on that legacy with signature care, detail, and pride in every transaction.
