Trick-or-Treat Booth Registration & Event Instructions
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Chamber St. Matthews Halloween at Brown Park! This family-friendly event welcomes approximately 5,000 Louisville families and provides a wonderful opportunity for businesses to engage with the community.
Booth Registration Requirements
To reserve your Trick-or-Treat Booth space, please complete the following requirements:
Booth Fee: $25.00 for 10x10 space in Brown Park
Company Logo: Email a high-resolution JPEG logo to the Chamber St. Matthews.
Candy Requirement: Provide a minimum of 5,000 pieces of individually wrapped candy for distribution throughout the event.
Booth Setup: Participants must provide their own:

Arrival Time: All exhibitors must arrive and be fully checked in no later than 9:00 AM on October 17 to allow sufficient time for setup before the event begins.
