A supportive space for LGBTQIA+ professionals and their allies!

The Q Group is a vibrant community where professionals come together to:

• Connect with like-minded individuals.
• Collaborate on challenges and opportunities.
• Grow their professional network in an inclusive environment.

What to expect:

• Introductions: Each attendee will have the opportunity to give a 30-45 second commercial about themselves or their business.
• Group Discussions: Members will break into smaller groups to discuss challenges and solutions related to their professional work.

Who can join?

• Open to all Chamber members in good standing.
• Guests are welcome to attend but must join the Chamber to become a group member.

The Q Group meets once a month—a great opportunity to foster connections and gain valuable insights!

This month's speaker: Julian Adam is a dedicated Employment Specialist at Edge Employment, passionately educating the community about Queer Identities and Intersectionality. As an influential member of the Trans Leadership Council in Louisville, they have taken on leadership roles that shape positive change. Julian's legacy includes their time as the Executive Director of Drag Queen Story Time Kentucky, where they brought fabulous stories to life. Their expertise has also led them to present for the Association for People Supporting Employment (APSE), shedding light on the intersectionality of Queer Identities and Disabilities. Their commitment and advocacy make a remarkable impact in every arena they touch.
