The Inspire Series is a signature program of The Chamber St. Matthews featuring women speakers sharing real stories of growth, leadership, resilience, and opportunity. Hosted twice per year, Inspire creates space for meaningful conversation and genuine connection in a warm, welcoming setting.

Each event highlights the lived experiences and perspectives of women in our business community while welcoming all attendees who value thoughtful dialogue, shared learning, and authentic connection. Featured Speaker: Rebecca Grignon Reker
Executive Director, Louisville Metro Police Foundation

Rebecca Grignon Reker is the Executive Director of the Louisville Metro Police Foundation, where she leads efforts to provide Louisville Metro Police officers with the training, equipment, and wellness programs not funded through the public budget.

Her commitment to serving the officers of the Louisville Metro Police Department is deeply personal. In 2005, her first husband, LMPD Officer Peter Grignon, was killed in the line of duty. That experience inspired a lifelong commitment to supporting the men and women who serve our community.

Since becoming Executive Director in 2022, Rebecca has led the Foundation through a period of significant growth, including raising more than $1.5 million in less than a year to purchase the Foundation's holistic Wellness Center. The Center provides physical, mental, financial, social, and spiritual wellness resources designed to help officers thrive both on and off the job.

Rebecca has helped position Louisville as a national leader in officer wellness by bringing together public safety and police foundation leaders to share ideas and advance innovative ways to support those who serve. Today, she continues to build partnerships that strengthen officer wellness, enhance public safety, and demonstrate the community's unwavering support for law enforcement.
