Hallmark House is proud to partner with Nova Leap Home Health for an afternoon dedicated to raising awareness, building community, and supporting the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

Enjoy a fun afternoon featuring: A cookout, Live music, Family-friendly games, Raffle prizes

100% of the proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer's Association.

We're also seeking raffle prize donations from local businesses and community partners. Whether it's a gift card, gift basket, merchandise, or a unique experience, every donation helps us raise more for this important cause while showcasing the generosity of our local business community.
