DESCRIPTION:Date: Saturday December 3rd\, 2016\n\n\n\nTime: 4:00 PM   6:00 PM\n\nBrown Park   1000 Browns Lane\n\n \n\nParking for the event will be at 4007 Kresge Way\, a part of the Baptist Health Louisville Campus directly across from the hospital.\n\n \n\n\n\nLight Up St. Matthews has been a tradition for decades for hundreds of residents and visitors to St. Matthews. This year the annual celebration launching the holiday season is expanding its light display by adding eight new displays.\n\nLight Up St. Matthews begins Saturday December 3rd at 4 p.m. with the customary celebration of cookies and hot chocolate\, a live DJ\, pictures with Santa and Mrs. Clause\, activities for the kids\, and fun for the entire family. At 6 p.m. the event concludes with Santa turning on the lights throughout the park.\n\nThe lights will stay lit until after the New Year and visitors are welcome to attend the park throughout that time to enjoy the lights. The event is held at Brown Park in St. Matthews\, located on Kresge Way right next to Baptist Hospital East\, it is an easy access park. All activities start under the big tent. Parking for the event will be at 4007 Kresge Way\, a part of the Baptist Health Louisville Campus directly across from the hospital.
