  • Understanding of the communication tools used in successful selling.

Financials Made Simple

You will learn all about the principles of Leverage and Cash Flow. You'll focus in on the fastest ways to increase your profit results NOW... You will also learn:
  • The 4 mastery levels each business owners NEEDS to have.
  • Understand how to assess your income statement and balance sheet.
  • The difference between Gross Profit and Net Profit and how to calculate each.
  • Understand to your break-even point.
  • Managing and forecasting your cash flow.
  • The power of budgeting.
 
Session 4
Systems and The 6 Steps to Massive Results 
March 18th

 
Learn about ways to leverage your business. Learn how to create systems that will run your business; to produce massive results. Learn how to work ON your business, not IN it. You will also learn:
  • To eliminate chaos thru mastery.
  • How to have predictable cash flow.
  • How to increase your efficiency.
  • Manage your team for maximum growth.
  • How to create synergy within your business.
  • To create passive income and have the results you always dreamed of.

In business, just as in life, you can't stand still. You're either getting ahead and growing or you're in a downward terminal spiral. Just look at the statistics, which indicate around 80% of all new businesses will fail within the first few years.
