Day 1 - Strategy:  Defining The Dots
 
Day One we focus on setting a strong foundation:

• Defining your core:  What's important to you and your business and how you express that in the world
• Designing your identity: How do you want the marketplace to recognize you?
• Determining your direction:  What do you REALLY want to accomplish?
• Setting priority objectives: Finding the key areas to optimize effort to maximize effort.

 
While we work to set your strong foundation, we will have some fun with Mike Hall reading our "dots."
 
 
Day 2 - Planning:  Organizing The Dots
 
Day Two is diving into the details of organizing the work:

• Marketing:  Covering the scorecard and learning the best next steps for each participant.
• Sales: Reviewing your sales systems and how to integrate marketing to maximize efforts.
• Operations: Finding capacity to do all the things inside and out of the business.

 
 
Day 3 - Execution: Connecting The Dots
 
Day Three we review everything we've covered so far, go deeper in areas of need, and cover best practices on executing plans like a champ.
